100 Good Wish Quilt......For my GIRL!!!

To welcome and celebrate a new life, there is a tradition in China to make a Bai Jia Bei or "100 Good Wishes Quilt". It is a custom to invite 100 people to contribute a single square patch of cloth. The 100 patches are sewn together into a quilt that contains the luck, energy, and good wishes from all the family and friends who contributed a piece of cloth.

#114- MOOSE JAW, SK


Alright......This is from one of my great buddies Donna.
Donna went shopping when I gave her her final warning to get her wish and fabric in. She picked out some beautiful, cuddly, soft fabric and attached a piece of paper and wrote "you are a special girl". Donna also created this scrapbook page for Channing, it is so beautiful & "girly". When Channing arrives a picture of her & Donna will also be added to the page. Thanks so much Donna......you are a wonderful, special friend and I cannot wait for Channing to meet you!!!
